Senior real estate lawyer sought to join a busy residential development unit advising housebuilders, promoters and institutional landowners. The role focuses on large-scale land acquisition and related transactions across England and Wales, working alongside development, funding and planning specialists.

You will handle complex acquisitions, collaboration agreements, disposals of service parcels, funding arrangements, strategic options and urban regeneration projects. The team provides full-service support from planning, litigation and construction specialists so you can focus on land acquisition work.

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in residential development/land acquisition work
Proven experience acting for housebuilders, promoters or institutional landowners on large-scale site acquisitions and related agreements
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on conditional contracts, options, development and collaboration agreements
Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members and working within multi-disciplinary teams
