Seeking an associate to join a busy New York residential real estate team handling acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, construction/renovation and related transactional work. The role manages matters from intake through closing, coordinates title/survey/due diligence, and prepares and negotiates transactional documents and closing deliverables.

The position involves regular client-facing work and collaboration with lenders, opposing counsel and other stakeholders, plus cross-practice teamwork with tax, trusts & estates and litigation where matters overlap. There is an expectation to contribute to the team's profile through business development activities and market-facing writing or events.

Admitted and in good standing with the New York bar
2–4 years’ post-qualification experience in a law firm real estate practice
Strong drafting, research and project-management skills; excellent written and verbal communication
Attention to detail, proactive self-starter and team player; domestic experience required, cross-border experience a plus
