Real Estate Associate — New York

Nationally recognized global law firm is seeking a New York-based Real Estate Associate with 3-5 years' experience handling general real estate transactions. The role focuses on purchase and sale, joint venture and financing matters, with commercial leasing experience highly preferred.

Associates will support and manage transactions from inception through closing, conduct legal research and drafting, participate in client calls and negotiations, and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. The role is hybrid with regular in-office presence.

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to practice in New York
• Strong drafting, research, transaction management and client-communication skills; commercial leasing experience preferred
