Apply in confidence →We are seeking a commercial real estate finance associate with 3 to 5 years of experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds, and other regulated or non-regulated lenders.
The role focuses on securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and/or mezzanine loans. Exposure to representing commercial real estate developers, owner/operators, and borrowers is a plus.
This is an opportunity to join a leading real estate finance practice and work on sophisticated lender-side transactions in the New York market.
- 3–5 years of commercial real estate finance experience
- Experience representing lenders (banks, debt funds, or other regulated/non-regulated lenders)
- Background in securitization, syndication, and participation of commercial mortgage, construction, and/or mezzanine loans
- Exposure to representing developers, owner/operators, and borrowers is a plus
