Senior resource attorney role supporting an Emerging Growth & Venture Capital (EGVC) corporate practice. You will develop and maintain practice precedents, playbooks, checklists and thought leadership; improve workflows and matter management; and drive adoption of document automation, AI tools and other technology to increase efficiency and collaboration.

The role partners with practice leadership and cross‑functional teams (innovation/IT, professional development, business development/marketing, and knowledge) to capture market trends, analyze experience data, deliver training, and coordinate contributions across offices. The position is eligible for hybrid/remote work and may be based in any U.S. office, with occasional travel as needed.

J.D. and admission to practice in the hiring state
Minimum of 5 years’ experience practicing corporate law in a law firm, ideally with emerging growth, venture capital or related transactional experience
Strong legal drafting, research and content development skills with high attention to detail
Project and process management experience; ability to map and improve workflows and matter management processes
Interest and/or experience with legal technology (document automation, AI tools, data analytics) and change management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver training and thought leadership
