London office seeking a Restructuring Associate with c.2–3 PQE to join a busy restructuring team. The role involves working on cross-border and UK restructurings for private investment managers, corporates and facilities borrowers across multiple sectors.

The successful candidate will assist on the delivery and execution of restructuring strategies, prepare stakeholder reports and presentations, and contribute to financial analysis and modelling. The position offers exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and close collaboration with senior lawyers and clients.

2–3 years PQE (Class of 2022–2023) with relevant restructuring or finance experience
Practical knowledge of UK and cross-border restructuring processes
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modelling
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple matters in a team setting
