Restructuring & Insolvency Associate — Charlotte / Portland / Seattle

Midlevel associate role on a national restructuring and insolvency team, based in Charlotte, Portland, or Seattle. The team handles Chapter 11 cases, state-law insolvency matters and out-of-court restructurings, with regular work on avoidable-transfer litigation and asset sale transactions.

The role offers mentoring from experienced restructuring practitioners across the U.S. platform, increasing client responsibility, and opportunities to work on complex commercial bankruptcy matters for corporate debtors and creditors. Candidates should be self-starters who work well independently and in teams and who deliver high-quality client service.

• 3–5 years' experience in commercial bankruptcy practice and/or as a bankruptcy judicial law clerk
• Experience with Chapter 11 proceedings, avoidable-transfer litigation and asset sales preferred
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-office team
• California bar admission preferred but not required
