Restructuring & Insolvency Associate — Dallas

Mid-level associate opportunity in a national restructuring & insolvency practice based in Dallas. You will work on corporate and commercial restructurings and loan workouts, including chapter 11 matters, bankruptcy litigation, lender remedies in state and federal courts, and drafting loan and security documentation for distressed transactions.

The role requires running multiple matters, collaborating with deal teams, and handling both litigation and transactional aspects of insolvency work. The team supports hybrid/remote options and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

• 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience in restructuring, insolvency or bankruptcy work
• Experience with chapter 11 cases, loan workouts and bankruptcy litigation
• Strong drafting skills for pleadings and loan/security documents; ability to manage multiple matters
• Team-oriented, able to work collaboratively with litigation and transactional colleagues
