Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor — Birmingham

Join a national UK law firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency team based in Birmingham. The team advises insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders and corporates on both contentious and non‑contentious matters across the full insolvency spectrum, from early restructuring and turnaround to formal appointments and associated litigation.

The role offers exposure to a varied caseload including administrations, liquidations, CVAs, office‑holder claims (wrongful trading, misfeasance, avoidance actions), director/shareholder disputes and cross‑border insolvency issues. You will work as part of a collaborative national team, support senior lawyers on complex matters, manage your own files with appropriate supervision and contribute to the growth of the Birmingham practice.

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE.
• Experience or training exposure to restructuring and insolvency matters (contentious and/or non‑contentious).
• Strong drafting skills, commercial judgement and attention to detail.
• Confident working with clients, managing priorities and collaborating within a national team.
