Apply in confidence →Seeking a Section 337 litigation associate to join a national IP litigation group handling investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). The role involves working on Section 337 matters across the firm’s offices or via the firm’s virtual platform, supporting teams focused on technology, manufacturing, and transportation clients.
The successful candidate will take substantive responsibility on ITC cases, advising on domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and the Commission’s Rules of Practice and Procedure. This is a hands-on litigation role that requires strong judgment, the ability to manage multiple matters under pressure, and clear courtroom and written advocacy.

- 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience with substantive experience before the U.S. International Trade Commission (Section 337).
- Participation in at least two Section 337 ITC investigations and familiarity with ITC-specific issues (domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, Rules of Practice and Procedure).
- Background in patent litigation and international trade matters; technical degree not required.
- Active bar license in the state of the selected office or commitment to obtain admission promptly.
- Excellent academic credentials, strong written and oral advocacy, and ability to manage multiple high‑pressure matters.
