Securities & Capital Markets Associate — Seattle or Portland

Growing Securities & Capital Markets team seeks a mid-level associate to be based in Seattle or Portland. The role focuses on SEC compliance and reporting, capital markets transactions, public company M&A, and corporate governance for publicly traded issuers.

Ideal candidates will join a collegial, mentorship-oriented practice that emphasizes professional development and client service. The position requires active bar admission in the state where the associate will be located.

• 4–6 years of securities / capital markets experience (SEC compliance and reporting, public-company M&A, stock exchange rules)
• Strong knowledge of the ’34 Act, ’33 Act and related securities regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage transactions and filings
• Active state bar license for the office (Washington or Oregon) where candidate will be based
