Securities Litigation Associate (4-6 years) — Palo Alto

Experienced securities litigation attorney sought for a busy Palo Alto litigation group handling a broad range of U.S. and cross-border securities disputes. The role focuses on defending securities class actions, shareholder derivative matters, and corporate governance-related litigation in federal and state courts.

Successful candidates will draft dispositive and pre-trial briefing (including motions to dismiss), manage case teams, mentor junior associates and coordinate with seasoned litigation professionals. • 4–6 years of litigation experience, with substantial securities litigation exposure
• Proven experience with securities class actions, shareholder derivative matters, and corporate governance issues
• Strong drafting record, particularly motions to dismiss in securities cases

• Demonstrated ability to supervise junior associates and professional staff
• Current admission to the California bar
• High academic achievement from an accredited law school
