Top-tier US firm seeks a Securities Litigation associate to join a national securities litigation and investigations practice, with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The team defends issuers, directors and officers in securities class actions, derivative and merger-related litigation, and handles internal investigations and enforcement matters.

The role offers hands-on litigation and investigatory experience across civil and regulatory matters, including representation in SEC and DOJ matters and work for audit/special committees. The position is hybrid and will involve courtroom and motion practice, discovery management, brief and memo drafting, and client-facing matter work.

Minimum ~4 years securities litigation experience
Experience with securities class actions, derivative suits, and/or internal or regulatory investigations (SEC/DOJ)
Barred or eligible to sit/waive into the bar in the office state (California preferred for SF role)
Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written advocacy, and solid client-interaction skills
