Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance Associate — Washington, D.C.

Seeking an associate to join a Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance team in the Washington, D.C. office. The role involves advising public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance matters and working closely with the firm’s D.C.-based SRCG attorneys.

Ideal candidates are from law school class years 2020–2022 and bring focused experience on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and research skills are required.

• Law school class years 2020–2022
• Experience advising public companies on securities regulation, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Experience with corporate governance matters and governance standards
• Strong academic record plus excellent writing and legal research skills
