Associate Attorney, M&A Clearance (Antitrust & Competition)

Seeking a junior associate to join a national M&A clearance team focused on antitrust regulatory work. The role supports HSR filings, international merger control coordination and related regulatory counseling for corporate and private equity transactions.

Team members work closely with antitrust, corporate and private equity practices to assess reportability, prepare HSR forms and manage filing logistics. This is a regulatory-focused position (not litigation); training and mentorship will be provided.

• Approximately 1 year post-qualification experience in antitrust/competition M&A clearance work (HSR experience required)
• Juris Doctor and admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience preparing HSR filings and coordinating filing logistics with clients and other counsel
• Strong drafting, communication skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Background in regulatory/corporate M&A or experience with private equity clients is a plus
