A prominent national law firm is seeking an associate to join its busy, nationally recognized Healthcare practice in its Chicago office. This is an opportunity to work on sophisticated healthcare matters within an inclusive, collegial and supportive team environment.

The role offers direct exposure to partners and clients, handling a range of healthcare transactional and regulatory work. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial and eager to take on responsibility within a collaborative group.

The firm maintains a strong national presence and a healthcare practice with an exceptional reputation for developing and advancing its attorneys.

4–6 years of healthcare transactional and regulatory experience.
Working knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
Experience with transactions involving private equity funds or portfolio companies is a plus.
Strong academic record and excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.
Illinois bar membership or eligibility to waive into the Illinois bar.
