Seeking an attorney to join a busy Immigration and Global Mobility practice in the South Bend office. The role involves managing a high-volume corporate immigration caseload under partner supervision and coordinating with paralegals and cross-office teams.

Work will focus on employer-sponsored matters for corporate, technology, education, financial and healthcare clients. The position requires drafting and overseeing petitions, handling extensive client contact, and meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Juris Doctor and active state bar admission in good standing
1–3 years of business immigration experience (preparing petitions, high-volume caseloads)
Experience with PERM labor certification and recruitment; nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, E); immigrant preference categories (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3)
Strong legal research, drafting, analytical and communication skills; excellent client-service orientation
Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize, meet deadlines and work collaboratively with diverse teams
