Join a global debt capital markets and structured finance team in London advising on a wide range of asset‑backed financings, forward flows and public and private securitisations across asset classes (automotive receivables, consumer and SME receivables, trade and equipment lease receivables, mortgages, infrastructure and supply‑chain finance).

The role offers exposure to cross‑border work within an integrated international team. You will draft transactional documents, support deal execution, manage workflows and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on structured finance matters.

The team supports hybrid working (c.40% remote) with flexible hours; occasional additional hours may be required to meet client and deal demands.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–3 years post‑qualification experience (or equivalent).
Experience or strong interest in securitisation and structured finance (asset‑backed financings preferred).
Strong drafting and written communication skills; excellent academic record (minimum 2:1 degree).
Good commercial awareness, attention to detail, time management and ability to work in a team on cross‑jurisdictional matters.
