Capital markets team in the Charlotte office is seeking mid‑level to senior associates with substantial securitization and structured finance experience. The role will work on a range of securitization and structured products matters across corporate and real estate financings.

Ideal candidates have solid law firm transaction experience and will support deal execution, document drafting, and client advice on structured financings. This is an on‑the‑ground associate role based in Charlotte.

Minimum 3 years of relevant transactional experience in securitization, structured finance or structured products
Experience with CLOs, CMBS, repo or asset‑backed lending is a plus
Strong academic credentials and proven law firm experience on complex financings
Ability to manage deal workstreams, draft transactional documentation, and coordinate with senior lawyers and clients
