Top-tier capital markets team in New York is seeking mid- to senior-level associates to join its securitization and structured finance practice. The role focuses on transaction work across securitizations, structured products and related finance matters, with opportunities to work on CLO, CMBS, repo and ABL financings.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative team that handles complex, market-facing deals and advises financial institutions and sponsors. The position offers substantive client-facing and drafting responsibility and exposure to high-value transactions.

Minimum 3 years of relevant law firm experience in securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate or real estate finance
Strong academic credentials and demonstrable transaction experience
Excellent drafting, analytical and client-communication skills
Ability to manage deal workstreams and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
