Well-established national finance practice is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level associate to join its Washington, D.C. capital markets team. The role focuses on securitization and structured finance matters across CLOs, CMBS, repo, asset‑backed and other structured products.

Ideal candidates will have solid law firm experience counseling lenders, issuers and other market participants on transaction documentation and execution. The team handles complex, market‑facing financings for a range of corporate and real estate clients.

Minimum 3 years' substantive securitization/structured finance or related transactional experience (corporate or real estate finance acceptable).
Experience with CLOs, CMBS, repo or ABL is a plus.
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated law firm transaction experience.
Excellent drafting, deal‑management and client‑service skills.
