Seeking a securitization and structured finance senior associate to join a national finance practice with a focus on asset-backed securities (ABS) and structured credit transactions. The role involves structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation for ABS offerings and related financings.

Positions are available in New York with options in other U.S. offices (Dallas, Houston, Washington). The team handles a range of asset classes; experience with Oil & Gas or other esoteric ABS pools is a strong advantage.

J.D. and admission status appropriate for role
Minimum of 3 years' transactional experience in securitization or structured finance (ABS/structured credit)
Demonstrated experience structuring, drafting and negotiating transaction documents for ABS offerings
Experience with Oil & Gas ABS or other specialty asset classes is highly desirable
Strong drafting, commercial judgment and client-facing skills
