(Senior) Associate — Arbitration & Commercial Litigation, Amsterdam

Join a top-tier international litigation team in Amsterdam focused on complex cross-border arbitrations and commercial disputes. The role offers immediate responsibility on high-value national and international arbitrations, related annulment and enforcement proceedings, and contentious matters before courts.

You will work closely with senior lawyers and international colleagues, draft process documents and legal analyses, prepare hearings, supervise junior team members, and contribute to the development and profile of the arbitration practice.

• Proven experience in international arbitration and/or cross-border commercial litigation
• Strong legal research and drafting skills; ability to prepare case strategy and pleadings
• Analytical, commercially aware and detail-oriented; able to manage files and meet deadlines
• Proactive team player with experience supervising junior lawyers and working with international teams
