Senior associate role within a growing patent litigation team in Amsterdam. The team is part of a larger international IP group and regularly works on cross-border disputes, including matters before the UPC.

The practice covers patent litigation across Life Sciences and TMT sectors and also advises on related IP and regulatory disputes. The role offers hands-on litigation experience in international, multi-jurisdictional teams and the opportunity to play a visible part in growing the Amsterdam practice.

3-6 years' post-qualification experience in patent litigation
Demonstrable interest in technology-driven matters (Life Sciences, TMT or similar)
Strong analytical, drafting and advocacy skills; ability to work in international teams
Ambitious, proactive and ready to take responsibility to help grow the practice
