At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience in front-end construction and infrastructure matters
Private practice experience at a reputable law firm (Australia or internationally)
Strong technical drafting skills and an openness to embedding AI tools into work processes
Proven relationship-building skills, a collaborative mindset and a willingness to mentor junior lawyers
