Leading Sydney projects, infrastructure and construction disputes team seeks a Senior Associate or Associate to join its back-end disputes practice. The role focuses on construction-related dispute resolution across litigation, arbitration and adjudication for major projects and infrastructure clients.

You will work on end-to-end project matters including contract administration issues, security of payment disputes, regulatory/compliance matters and large-scale litigation and arbitration. The team offers exposure to nationally significant mandates and collaborative work with specialists across jurisdictions.

The firm supports hybrid working, career development and use of legal technology/AI tools to increase efficiency. This is a permanent, Sydney-based role within a highly regarded projects and construction practice.

3–8 years PQE in construction/infrastructure dispute resolution
Experience with litigation, arbitration and adjudication relating to major projects
Strong drafting, client-facing skills and commercial judgment
Ability to manage matters with limited supervision and mentor junior lawyers
Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail
