Qualified lawyer admitted in Australia with experience in M&A and general corporate transactions.
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and transaction documents, conducting due diligence and managing matters.
Proven ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and run aspects of transactions independently.
Strong commercial judgment, client-facing skills and demonstrable business development contribution.
Comfortable working across offices and on cross-border matters; openness to hybrid/flexible arrangements.
