Join a market-leading Corporate team in Melbourne, working on public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets and corporate advisory and governance matters. You will work closely with senior deal teams across offices and gain exposure to complex, cross-border transactions across sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology and retail.

This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid and flexible working arrangements. The team supports development through structured learning, mentoring and international secondment opportunities.

Experience in a leading Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice (top-tier national or international firm experience preferred).
Proven ability to manage smaller matters and lead elements of larger transactions.
Strong academics and excellent drafting, technical and commercial skills.
Motivated to learn, mentor others and contribute to a high-performing team.
