Senior Associate or Associate Director opportunity in the residential development team of a major international real estate practice. The role will be based in the Bristol office (London candidates considered) and focuses on transactional work across affordable housing and build-to-rent/private rented sector (PRS) matters.

You will join a large, national residential development group that works across site acquisition, s106 affordable housing transactions, site set-up and plot sales, and ongoing housing/property management issues. The team works closely with planning, construction, tax and dispute teams to deliver full lifecycle advice to developers, housing providers and institutional investors.

Substantial transactional experience in residential development, with clear exposure to affordable housing and/or BTR/PRS transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills across acquisition, s106 and site set-up documentation.
Comfortable advising developers, registered providers and investors on multi‑party deals and management/handback issues.
Experienced, client‑facing practitioner at senior associate / associate director level; able to take responsibility for matters and mentor junior team members.
