Senior Associate — Aviation Liability Litigation, Newcastle

Senior Associate role within a specialist aviation and disputes team based in Newcastle. The team handles bulk consumer aviation claims, defence‑sector matters with security‑sensitive elements, and broader commercial litigation and arbitration, including cross‑border disputes.

The role involves leading complex and high‑volume litigation matters, supervising junior lawyers, developing client relationships and contributing to business development as the practice grows. Hybrid working arrangements may be available and will be discussed during the interview process.

• Proven litigation or arbitration experience, ideally with aviation or commercial disputes exposure
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload combining high‑volume consumer claims and bespoke complex matters
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; experience supervising junior lawyers
• Commercial mindset with proven client relationship and business development capability
