Join a leading Dutch full-service firm’s Banking & Finance team in Amsterdam as a (Senior) Associate. You will work on a broad range of financing matters — acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate and project finance, structured and non‑bank financing — and draft and negotiate lending and security documentation up to signing and closing.

You will collaborate across disciplines (corporate/M&A, litigation, financial regulatory, real estate and notarial) and advise a mix of domestic and international lenders, non‑bank financiers, sponsors and corporates. The role includes supervising junior lawyers, contributing to team knowledge and identifying business opportunities.

Master’s degree in Dutch law and admission to the Dutch bar.
Approximately 5–8 years’ experience in banking & finance transactions, with exposure to both lender and borrower-side work.
Proven experience with financing documentation (including LMA-style documentation), securities and intercreditor arrangements.
Knowledge of property law (goederenrecht), private international law and insolvency principles.
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial skills; team player with supervisory experience.
Fluent Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
