Senior Associate opportunity in a national Banking Practice Group based in Leeds. The role offers a broad mix of corporate/leveraged finance, real estate finance and project/infrastructure finance matters, including domestic and cross-border work for banks, funds, private equity sponsors and corporates.

You will join a collaborative, specialist finance team that works closely with corporate, tax, restructuring and real estate colleagues. The role offers exposure to complex transactions, interaction with market-leading counterparties, and opportunities to contribute to business development, knowledge management and training activities.

The team supports flexible and hybrid working and emphasises professional development, international secondments and pro bono/community engagement as part of career progression.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 4–8 years PQE in banking/finance.
Practical experience across corporate/leveraged finance and/or real estate finance; project/infrastructure finance experience advantageous.
Experience advising lenders, borrowers, sponsors or sponsors’ advisers on bilateral, syndicated or structured financings.
Strong drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; proactive on business development and teamwork.
