Senior Associate role within a leading international firm's Banking & Finance team in Warsaw, focused on project and structured finance matters. The role will support and lead financing transactions for lenders, borrowers, sponsors and other financial institutions across sectors including renewables, real estate and corporate acquisition finance.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating finance documentation, managing closings, preparing legal opinions and leading junior team members under partner supervision. The team advises on transactional work and out-of-court financial restructurings, with opportunities for involvement in cross-border financings.

Master's degree in Polish law required; Advocate or Attorney-at-Law status (minimum ~3 years).
5-7 years' experience in banking & finance transactional work, with strong exposure to project and structured finance; experience in out-of-court financial restructurings is a plus.
Proven ability to draft and negotiate facility agreements, direct/escrow agreements, legal opinions and closing documentation; experience leading closings and supervising junior staff.
Excellent written and oral communication in Polish and English; strong analytical, organisational and client-facing skills; proactive, team-oriented approach and interest in business development.
