Senior associate opportunity in a well-established international banking & finance team based in central Warsaw. The role focuses on project and structured finance transactions, including lending, structured financings and out-of-court financial restructurings for lenders, sponsors and borrowers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating finance documentation and legal opinions, leading transactions and closings, and supervising junior team members. The team offers a clear progression path, regular internal training and a collaborative office environment with onsite working.

Master’s degree in Polish law.
Advocate/Attorney-at-Law status (minimum ~3 years).
5–7 years’ relevant transactional experience in banking, project and/or structured finance; experience with out-of-court restructurings is a plus.
Proven drafting and negotiation skills for facility agreements, direct agreements, security and closing documents.
Fluent written and spoken Polish and English.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, leadership of junior staff, and a proactive, team-oriented approach; interest in business development advantageous.
