Apply in confidence →We are seeking a real estate associate to join a busy Warsaw practice advising on commercial leasing and asset-management matters. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial lease agreements, amendments, terminations and related contractual issues.
The post-holder will prepare legal opinions and memoranda, support lease negotiations and provide day-to-day legal support for the asset management of commercial property portfolios. This is an onsite role based in Warsaw within an established international real estate team.
- Master's degree in Polish law
- Admission to the Advocate or Attorney‑at‑Law Bar (trainee status is a plus)
- 4–5 years' relevant experience in real estate, with significant leasing and asset-management exposure
- Fluent written and spoken Polish and English
- Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills; ability to manage deadlines and take ownership of tasks
