Senior Associate role in a Melbourne banking & finance team, focused on securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives, structured products and hybrids. The role involves leading on technically complex transactions and advising across a full range of financial products.

You will join a collaborative, market-leading team that works closely across practice groups and with major financial institutions, regulators and corporate clients. The team supports flexible working arrangements (part‑time or full‑time).

Substantial experience in banking & finance with exposure to securitisation, debt capital markets, derivatives/structured products or hybrids, or specialist experience in one or more of these areas
Excellent analytical, technical drafting and communication skills, with experience preparing transaction documents and public disclosure materials
Strong client service focus and interest in developing client relationships; commercial awareness and commitment to staying abreast of sector developments
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and participate in business development and internal development programs
