Senior associate role in a major international firm's Warsaw finance team, focused on transactional banking and real estate finance. The position involves drafting, negotiating and coordinating finance and security documentation across domestic and cross-border deals.

Key responsibilities include preparing financing structures, managing due diligence on finance/security matters, handling closing and post-closing formalities, and supervising/mentoring more junior lawyers. Master's degree in Polish law.
Polish qualification (advocate or attorney-at-law).
5–7 years' relevant banking & finance transactional experience, including real estate finance.

Proven ability to manage transactions, meet deadlines, and mentor junior team members; business development interest a plus.
