- Master's degree in Polish law.
- Polish qualification (advocate or attorney-at-law).
- 5–7 years' relevant banking & finance transactional experience, including real estate finance.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills; excellent written and spoken Polish and English.
- Proven ability to manage transactions, meet deadlines, and mentor junior team members; business development interest a plus.
