A leading national law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Banking & Financial Services team in Perth. This is a hands-on, transactional role working on a broad range of lending and finance matters for corporates, financial institutions and funds.

Minimum 4 years PQE in banking & finance or related private practice experience
Demonstrable transactional experience in lending/finance matters
Strong commercial judgement and technically solid drafting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; collegiate team player with a willingness to learn
