Senior-associate role for a busy Bermuda Form practice in London, acting on high-value insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes and arbitrations. The team handles document‑intensive, multi-jurisdictional matters for insurers and reinsurers across sectors such as product liability, pollution, D&O and professional indemnity.

The role involves leading casework in Bermuda Form arbitrations and related English-court proceedings, working closely with senior lawyers on coverage, regulatory and transactional matters, and taking responsibility for client management, mentoring junior staff and contributing to practice growth.

Qualified solicitor/advocate in England & Wales (or equivalent) with significant insurance/reinsurance experience
Strong technical knowledge of Bermuda Form coverage issues and reinsurance law
Substantial arbitration and litigation experience on high‑value, document‑heavy disputes
Experience advising on regulatory/compliance issues relevant to the Bermuda market and cross‑border matters
Excellent drafting, negotiation, commercial awareness and client‑management skills; proven ability to mentor junior lawyers
