Senior Associate — Bermuda Form (London)

Join a well‑established London insurance team specialising in Bermuda Form and high‑value reinsurance disputes. The role focuses on contentious work including Bermuda Form arbitrations, multi‑jurisdictional coverage litigation and related regulatory advisory matters.

As a senior associate you will work closely with senior lawyers on complex coverage and indemnity disputes, lead discrete case strands, mentor junior fee‑earners and help grow the practice’s presence in the Bermuda market. The role combines dispute resolution, client advisory and transaction‑adjacent insurance work.

• Significant experience in insurance and reinsurance law, with demonstrated Bermuda Form experience preferred.
• Proven track record in arbitration and court litigation on complex coverage disputes; experience of multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Knowledge of Bermuda insurance market and regulatory environment, including regulatory/compliance advisory work.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills (policy wording, coverage opinions, settlement agreements).
• Client management experience and ability to mentor junior team members; commercial, practical approach to legal issues.
