Senior Associate — Catastrophic Injury / Large Loss Litigation, Manchester

Join a specialist catastrophic injury and large-loss litigation team in Manchester handling complex motor personal injury claims on behalf of insurer clients. The role suits a qualified solicitor, chartered legal executive or experienced litigation executive with a strong motor claims background.

You will manage a litigated caseload of high-value—including multi-track—matters, develop case strategy, instruct and analyse expert evidence, draft pleadings and statements, and lead settlement negotiations and mediations while meeting court and client deadlines.

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent litigation experience
• Proven experience handling motor personal injury claims and large-loss/catastrophic matters
• Strong drafting, negotiation and case-management skills; experience with expert evidence
• Comfortable working to client SLAs and court timetables in a fast-paced team environment
