A growing managed-legal services team is seeking a Senior Associate to act as a virtual in‑house commercial lawyer for a varied client base. The role combines day‑to‑day contract drafting and negotiation with advisory work, client relationship management and use of legal technology to deliver scalable legal solutions.

You will join a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, managers, paralegals and tech specialists, working closely with clients’ in‑house teams while supported by a broader legal practice. The post offers exposure to outsourcing, technology and supply‑chain matters across financial services and retail clients, and opportunities to help shape efficient delivery models.

Qualified solicitor admitted in England & Wales with approximately 5 years' PQE.
Practical experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts (outsourcing, technology, supply of goods/services, T&Cs, NDAs).
Strong commercial judgement, drafting and advisory skills; ability to manage client relationships and provide pragmatic risk advice.
Comfortable supervising junior lawyers/paralegals and contributing to process improvement.
Proficiency with legal technology and willingness to work in a flexible, client‑facing delivery model.
