Join a full-service national law firm’s Las Vegas litigation team as a senior commercial litigator. The role focuses on complex business and commercial disputes across federal and state courts, including securities, contract, fiduciary and related matters.

Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation — motion practice, depositions, complex discovery, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation — for a diverse client base. The position offers collaboration with an experienced team handling appeals and regulatory proceedings as well as high-stakes civil litigation.

At least 7 years of complex commercial litigation experience (PQE)
Proven experience with motion practice, depositions, complex discovery, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Experience handling matters such as securities disputes, breach of contract, fiduciary/partnership/shareholder disputes, loan/UCC and related commercial claims
Admission to the Nevada Bar required
