Senior Associate opportunity within a high-performing commercial disputes team in Melbourne. The role involves acting on complex commercial litigation, regulatory disputes and investigations across Supreme and Federal Courts, as well as commercial arbitration and cross‑border matters.

You will join a collaborative, supportive practice where you will take ownership of matters and client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to strategic, commercially focused advice.

At least 5 years' post-admission experience with strong technical expertise in commercial disputes and/or regulatory litigation
Proven ability to run litigation matters with a high degree of autonomy
Experience with commercial arbitration and cross‑border disputes preferred
Strong client focus and proven ability to build and maintain relationships
Collaborative team player with mentoring experience, resilience and attention to detail
