Senior associate role within a national commercial real estate team, based in Leeds, focussed on healthcare real estate matters. You will advise a range of healthcare and social care providers, commissioners and developers on asset management, development, acquisitions, disposals and strategic property work.

The role offers ownership of client relationships, responsibility for a varied caseload including complex/high-value matters, and regular client-facing work across the health sector. There is scope to work collaboratively with other real estate and sector specialists across the firm.

This is a good opportunity for an ambitious 5+ PQE lawyer who wants to develop a specialist healthcare real estate practice and contribute to business development and growth in the region.

Solicitor with approximately 5–10 years' PQE in commercial real estate
Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree)
Practical experience across leasing, acquisitions/disposals, asset management and development matters
Genuine interest in the healthcare sector and related statutory frameworks
Excellent drafting, analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to manage complex matters and meet client SLAs
Client-focused with an interest in business development and growing client relationships
