Join a global full-service law firm’s Commercial Technology team in London, advising on technology, outsourcing and AI-related matters for a mix of financial institutions, fintech/regtech clients and major technology providers. The team handles complex IT and tech-led BPO transactions and works closely with colleagues in IP, privacy and regulatory.

The role involves drafting and negotiating a broad range of technology contracts, advising on technology-related regulatory issues (including in financial services and AI deployments), supporting technology aspects of corporate deals, and participating in client-facing work and business development.

Qualified solicitor with 4-7 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in technology/outsourcing work
Proven experience drafting and negotiating IT, outsourcing and technology contracts; practical knowledge of AI-related technology agreements an advantage
Familiarity with technology-related regulatory issues, particularly in financial services
Strong drafting and analytical skills, client-facing experience and an interest in business development; coaching/supervising junior lawyers at senior associate level
