Join a growing construction team as a Senior Associate advising on complex construction and building-safety matters across the UK and Ireland. The role will involve advising on remediation procurement strategies, defending and pursuing high-value disputes (including arbitration and court proceedings), and providing strategic guidance on building safety legislation and policy.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team of lawyers and technical experts (fire engineers, architects, surveyors and others) and support a national construction practice that acts for housebuilders, contractors, developers and public-sector clients. The post offers cross-jurisdictional work across Northern Ireland, England & Wales and the Republic of Ireland and scope to develop a Belfast-based practice.

Qualified solicitor with c.5+ years’ post-qualification experience in construction litigation.
Experience of building-safety issues, remediation programmes and/or professional negligence work preferred.
Comfortable handling high-value disputes, including arbitration and court proceedings.
Strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness of policy/regulatory drivers, and ability to work across jurisdictions.
Team player with excellent attention to detail, resilience under pressure and an appetite for using legal technology and process improvements.
