Senior associate opportunity in a top-ranked contentious construction team, handling complex construction and engineering disputes across domestic and international matters. The role covers litigation, adjudication, arbitration and other dispute resolution methods, with exposure to sector work including energy, transport, real estate and infrastructure.

You will join a collaborative, multi-office practice with strong market recognition and opportunities for substantive responsibility, client work and development of your advisory and advocacy skills. Flexible/full‑time or part‑time working patterns are available.

Qualified solicitor or advocate (SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered).
Proven experience on complex, high‑value construction disputes (litigation, adjudication and arbitration).
Familiarity with Technology & Construction Court procedure and industry dispute processes (expert determination, adjudication, mediation).
Strong matter management, commercial judgment and client-facing skills; experience of leading and developing more junior lawyers.
Comfortable contributing to business development and building client relationships.
