Senior Associate — Construction (Front‑end) | Brisbane

Join a market‑leading construction team in Brisbane advising on major infrastructure and construction projects across transport, energy, water and social/commercial development sectors. You will sit in the front‑end construction group, working on procurement, risk allocation and contract strategy for large, complex projects.

Day‑to‑day work includes preparing, reviewing and negotiating the full spectrum of construction contracts, advising on legal and regulatory issues at the project outset, and providing commercially pragmatic advice to owners, contractors and other stakeholders. The role is team‑oriented and offers exposure to high‑profile, high‑value matters.

• 6–12 months' experience at a senior associate level advising on major construction or infrastructure projects (owners or contractors).
• Strong private practice pedigree, with experience in‑house or on project delivery preferable.
• Excellent drafting, commercial judgment and the ability to provide timely, practical advice.
• Proactive, resilient self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
