Join a well‑regarded Australian law firm’s Melbourne construction team as a Senior Associate focused on front‑end project work. The role involves advising developers, contractors and project stakeholders on procurement, contract strategy and risk allocation for major construction and infrastructure projects.

Work will include drafting and negotiating front‑end documentation, advising on bid strategies and procurement processes, and providing commercial legal input during early project stages. The team handles large, complex Australian construction matters across public and private sectors.

Mid‑to‑senior level construction experience with emphasis on front‑end project documentation and procurement.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on construction and project contracts (e.g. EPC, NEC, AS forms or similar).
Experience advising project owners, contractors or advisers on risk allocation and commercial strategy for infrastructure or major construction projects.
Admitted to practice in Australia (or eligible) with a track record in a comparable law firm or in‑house team.
