Senior associate opportunity to join a national construction & engineering disputes team based in Manchester, with hybrid working across other UK offices. The team handles complex, high-value matters for public sector bodies, major contractors and multinational corporates in the energy, infrastructure and built-environment sectors.

The role involves running your own contentious matters, providing strategic and commercial advice on major projects, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to business development and team strategy. You will work closely with colleagues across the national and international litigation and transactional groups.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with c.6 years' PQE.
Significant experience in contentious construction and engineering disputes (adjudication, litigation, arbitration).
Strong technical drafting and contract interpretation skills; ability to develop dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.
Proven ability to run matters, manage teams, and contribute to business development.
